A retired Major and member of the U.S. Military Special Operations community, Tee served his country for nine years before medically retiring from injuries sustained during service in Afghanistan. For his actions in Afghanistan, he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. His military experience shaped many of the leadership principles that now serve as the foundation of his mentorship frameworks and teachings.

Tee's commitment to leadership and service has earned national recognition. He was selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Americans (TOYA), one of the nation's most prestigious honors recognizing young leaders who demonstrate exceptional achievement and dedication to improving society. Following his military career, Tee successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and leading organizations that have supported government agencies, healthcare systems, military organizations, and commercial enterprises worldwide. Throughout his business career, he observed a consistent pattern: the most successful organizations intentionally develop people through mentorship.
